Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Fake ID
Can you be prosecuted for using a fake ID to get into a club days or even weeks after getting away with using the fake ID. i.e. can an officer use security cameras to prosecute someone for previously using a fake ID when the person was not actively caught using the ID?

You can be charged. However, whether you can be convicted will be an issue for trial unless you take a plea.
