My fiancee was arrested and charged with child endangerment even though I refused to press charges, and they said she will be held until she sees the judge tomorrow. She would like to get out tonight what can I do?

Requires that she be seen within 24 hours for an initial appearance. Unfortunately, so long as she is seen within that timeframe, there is no way to accelerate the hearing, And it is possible that a judge is not even available at this time. The time when she will really need an attorney will be when she gets out of jail to help her defend her case. I have handled dozens of child abuse, endangerment, and molestation cases. If you're looking to hire an attorney to represent her, please give me a call.
