Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Post-Conviction Relief

What does the PCR do for the defendant? His PPO does not like him because he filed motions on his own, and know the PPO is adding more things on report and has taken his driving privileges away. We are wasting the Court's time on this. But this PPO is trying to break the defendant down and make him to bake to his own ways. Def's father was murdered 8-13-05 & 7 mos. later his father's uncle died. The def. has a lot on his plate & hasn't broke yet. And I don't believe he will. He has a good family and his tight with God.

I need to find out were to find the forms I need and I'm running out of time.

Thank you for listing,

Just, Sam

I would suggest hiring an attorney. However, here is a link for the PCR form and instructions: http://www.clerkofcourt.maricopa.gov/faxondemand/302.pdf. For other forms, you can go to the Maricopa Cty. Superior Court website or to a legal library.
