Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

I was pulled over given a breathalyzer and blew way below the limit. However I had been at a bonfire all night so my eyes were red. The sheriff said she was going to take me in for more test. When I got there she said for me to do a urinalizes I did she came back and said I tested positive for marijuana or cocaine she didn't know. I have never done drugs in my life I was shocked said it was a mistake she told me that I could go get bloodwork at my expense I did an I came out negative for any substance however I had 4 blood conditions. I took the results to court and they said it didn't count and are still trying to charge me with cocaine use

Sounds like you have a strong, valid defense to the charge. But what is your question? You should have an attorney representing you in this matter. Prosecutors do not typically dismiss cases simply because a defendant provides a copy of papers containing potentially exculpatory evidence. If you don't have counsel you should retain one asap and let him/her battle this out for you.
