what is the punishment for counterfietting money.
this is a first offense of this nature. there are about 5 occurances of the money being past to retailers.

Frankly, it depends on a lot of things. Is the case state or federal. What are the dollar figures involved. Probation may be possible, or prison may be mandatory.
