Reentry

Hi,

My name is--name removed-- I would like to ask about my husband case. He is about to be sentence for reentry after deportation next month. I would like to know if the BErkley Vs. Washington case will in some way help on my husband case. I am very confused with all the news about it.

We're sorry, but Blakely v. Washington does not affect immigration laws or deportation cases.
