Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Sex when both are minors
The boy is 17 the girl is 15,, was 14 when sexual contact and now she is pregnant. Can the parents file charges for sexual even though both were consenting and can they force her to have abotion?

Criminal charges could be filed. The boy should get an attorney.
