Violation of Privacy

You recieve mail at your home, clearly addressed to you. Someone in the household reads it before you get home, and then hands it you. Is this some sort or crime? It is clearly a violation of your privacy.

In which state do you reside? Each state lawvaries. There are federal laws governing the same subject matter. You have not providedsufficient facts upon which any attorney couldassist you. Everyone has a reasonable expect-ation of privacy in their homes but there areexceptions to this general rule. Again, consultwith an attorney in the state in which you reside.

Seriously, do you really think that the law caniron out every rude act of your friends and relatives. Were you seriously going to havesomeone arrested because of this?
