Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
my wife was arrested for shoplifting
on march 9,2007 my wife was arrestted for shoplifting at wamart..basiclly i need to talk to anyone that can help me find out why ,what and well i guess everything that can help me understand what is going to happen to her next cause we have 3 children 1,2,and 5...please would someone help me...

IF this is her first offense, she should be able to obtain a diversion program. If it was a lot of stuff, then she could be charged with felony theft. Otherwise, don't worry. She should not be seeing anything too serious.
