Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

I was drinking earlier in the night, morning came and I was parked in a parking lot, no keys in the ignition i was halfway out of the drivers seat trying to aid my friend who had way too much drink and i got charged with a DUI. Is that really a DUI? I got charged with a slight DUI or something like that? It happened about 5 years ago I went to court and the judge fined me 2,200 and interlocking device, AA classes and a suspended license. I never paid any court fees of anysort because I was out of a job and was dealing with family problems. Now it has come back to me because I need my license is there anyway that I can re-open this case and drop the DUI charges??

Sounds like you plead guilty (which likely involved you admitting to the underlying factual basis) and now you want to withdraw your guilty plea because you now dispute the State's factual allegations. If this is correct, that is not a basis to undo a guilty plea/sentence/judgment. Moreover, there are time limits for seeking the kind of relief you are referring to. The deadlines have long passed, and though there are exceptions, it is unlikely any would apply to your circumstances, at least from the summary you provide.
