Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

Rule 32 Petition

I am trying to file a Rule 32 Appeal for Post Conviction Relief because my court appointed attorney did not allow me to introduce evidence at my trial that a Judge in my direct appeal stated would have been necessary. But, now, the court is appointing the SAME attorney for me in this motion as the one they appointed for my direct appeal (and who, I remember my original attorney telling me, worked out of the same office that he did). Plus, they want the attorney that messed up my first trial to represent me for sentencing. HELP! There has to be a good, reasonable attorney in Arizona who can help me with this. Why can't I find one?

Re: Rule 32 Petition

You have a point. Ask the judge to appoint you another attorney who does not have any potential conflict of interest.
