Is it illegal in Arizona to be withdrawn from school because of lack of attendance, without contacting my legal guardian before withdrawing me?

Not only is it not illegal, it is the law to withdraw you. Schools get paid Federal Money for enrollment. Does it make sense to you that a school should get paid even though they are not teaching you? As for contacting your legal guardian, they are only required to send the letter out notifying them that you have been withdrawn. They will require the legal guardian to come in with you to re-enroll you.

Stay in school. There is no substitute for a good education.
