How long have the children lived in AZ? If the children have lived in AZ for 6 months or longer, AZ is considered the children's home state. You need to file to establish an order in AZ, and to dismiss in Pennsylvania. I need much more information, however, about your case. We offer free consultations for up to 30 minutes. Feel free to schedule if you need further assistance. 623-748-8973
