Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

adoption laws in arizona

Is there a law in Arizona limiting the amount of money that can be given to the birthing mother from the adopting parents? Also anything about getting the child from another state?

Re: adoption laws in arizona

Arizona does have laws limiting what a birth mother can receive. I believe they also require a Judges ok before they can be paid.
