Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Can't seem to get my child support due to me. I have been to court atleast 6 time in the last year. I just was there a month ago and was issued a judgement. Still nothing! what is my next step can I get him thrown in jail??

I would definitely be asking for sanctions such as incarceration and revocation of his license.

Incarceration is typically a great motivator. You could also consider garnishments.

You can and should be seeking "contempt" rmedies, which should result in incarceration and (more importantly) a "purge" amount, which means how much he has to pay to get out or keep out of jail.
