Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Child support

My ex recently has started asking alot of questions about where the kids child support is going and now is demanding a written letter as to where its going. It all started when my now fiance and myself moved in together. Do i have to tell him Penny for penny where its going. It would be almost impossible as the monthly expenses do change from time to time. I believe he is going to try paying less in child support thinking that my fiance should be responsible for helping with the kids as well. Any help you can give me would be wonderfull. Thank you so much. O and also the judgement was given in North carolina since then i live in Arizona Do i need to get a new child support order?

Re: Child support

Your child support order would be based on North Carolina law. However, here in AZ you absolutely do not have to tell him anything about where the child support is going. Additionally, if he tries to take you back to court to reduce his child support amount, a spouse's income has no bearing on the child support calculation here in AZ. You don't need to get a new child support order, however, if he tries to reduce the child support amount would he file it in NC? If so, you may want to try to think about trying to get a Court to handle it here. It then starts to get a little complicated.
