Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I was divorced in March of this year and am starting to have some problems with my ex regarding parenting especially for vacations and possibly changing the visitation schedule. We have an odd schedule for visitation and have joint custody of her. Anytime i ask him if i could keep her on his day and trade him for one of my days he says he only wants one thing in return....his name. I kept his last name and he doesnt approve of it. So when any time we need to rearrange the schedule or something comes up he goes straight to wanting that and thats has nothing to do with his daughter. He agrees that we should change the schedule so she is with me more but will not do so unless he gets his name back, he has to get something in return, or hes taking me to court for sole custody. So my question is what is the best thing i could do to stop the madness.

Has he demanded that in writing? Could we prove that he is doing so? His demand is quite unreasonable. However, there also are not great ways to "force" him to deviate from the parenting plan when you want/need to.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
