An evidentiary hearing simply is the time that you get to present evidence and argument on the issues that you want the Judge to decide on.

It is impossible, via e'mail, to tell you everything you need to do to get ready for your hearing. Instead, please call me and we can discuss such briefly, and we can also discuss 1 or 2 hour appointments to help you get better prepared to represent yourself.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case. I look forward to talking with you.
