Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I'm a father of a 16 year old girl but my name is not on her birth certificate.I never signed any paperwork for child support. Can she garnish my wages?

The mother or state would have to establish paternity in order to get child support, so until then there won't be any garnishment.
