Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

What i need to do to get legal custody of my daughter.

My girlfreind and had a child two years ago. Shortly thereafter my girlfreind left leaving me with my daughter. When my daughter was born the hospital failed to put me on the birth certificate as the father although they did give her my last name. I need to know what to do to get custody of her. I haven't seen or heard from her mother, but it would be just like her to show up one day wanting to take my daughter from me.

Basically, you need to file a Complaint in Paternity. I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. There is too much to cover via e'mail (and I am not the greatest typist). We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Cathy to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
