Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I haven't been living with either of my legal gaurdians for over six months, i live with my great grandmother. There g and arguing and stress being passed around my family and its really affecting my grades and focus on school.

I feel that the only way i can keep my focus is to be out of control of my legal gaurdians, and in the hands of a family whose offered me a more peaceful environment, with my own room and everything i need, but the only way i can do this is if I am emancipated from my legal gaurdians control, since i don't live with them anyway.

I'm sixteen, ill be seventeen in October.

The family id like to live with is currently helping me find a job.

Do i have any chance of approval?

It does not sound like you are working or capable of taking care of yourself without the help of adults. The short answer is probably not... you should discuss these issues with your family.
