Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have been married just over a year. My marriage is not what I has hopes doe ? His swoons my first . Hee has 1 minor child . All mine are grown . The marriage has been abusive. For he last year I have been unable to find employee ment . He has become very veebaly & phiisical ! I have been come depressed angers hurt up set and ! My question is if a divorce came out of it would I have rights to alimony and Part if his 401 k! That we are now cashing out.

You may be entitled to spousal maintenance but you have a marriage of very short duration. So if you were awarded maintenance it would likely be for a short time period.
