my mom got temporary guardianship of my daughter. i have filed the termination paper and now im waiting for my court date. what should i prepare myself for in court?

It's difficult to give a specific answer without knowing more about the circumstances under which the guardianship was awarded in the first place. Generally, I can only recommend that you be prepared to show or tell the court why the reasons that the guardianship was awarded are no longer cause for concern.
