Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If ordered by the court to submit a request for personal information from the other party ex: W2's, income etc. by a certain date and you have received a request after the assigned date by the judge from the other party do I have to comply? I requested my information needed to the other party in due time, then received his request to me exactly as I had written to him per beta, after the date ordered by the judge. Can I just ignore his request for my information? I sent mine certified to him. He enclosed his request to me in an envelope with only partial papers that I requested from him!

If the judge ordered compliance, you should comply. If it was a proper request for discovery, be it production of documents, admissions, interrogatories, etc., then you have a certain time to reply, and should reply notwithstanding some objections that you may have, even without a court telling you to do so. The other party's failure to reply to your request does not excuse you from complying with his request. However, you also have the option of having the judge compell him to comply with your request as well.
