Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Quashing an order of protection

I was awarded custody of our three children, and, at the end of a visitation period, I was served with an order of protection asserting demonstrably false claims of child abuse. It is apparent that the order of protection was being used to overthrow the court's custody decision without a hearing. In Arizona, are there grounds by which an order of protection, seizing the children from the custodial parent, can be quashed or otherwise done away with.
