I have physical custody, my ex moved out of state two years ago, I now want to move to another state, do I have to have permission from the court?

Re: relocating out of state

You do not need "permission".

In order to be as careful as possible, you could still follow the notice formalities required by Arizona law. However, notice is not "required".

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone. There is too much to cover via e'mail. Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case.
