Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
What are my rights as a father of 4 children? My wife is threatening to call the police and or CPS if I take them over to meet with a family member for the holidays? She has accused this person of touching one of our children and there has been no evidence, detectives have talked to one child and they did not get any thing from that child, I have talked to a child and there was nothing that showed me that there was anything that was done inappropriately. My wife wont even allow me, their FATHER to take them to a public place where my parents are. I need some answers.

She does not have the right to tell you where you can take the kids. While the two of you remain married, neitehr of your rights exceed the others. BUT, you of course should NOT place the children in a dangerous situation, and of course you shoudl not allow yourself to get dragged into any unnecessary drama (especially physical drama) with your spouse.
