Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have sole custody of my children, the mother defaulted her rights, now after 8 years she wants rights to come and see the kids but she lives in Texas and wants to take them to Texas. The divorce decree states originally she cannot take them out of Arizona?

Your divorce decree will control, however, eight years is a very long time which will typically require a reunification plan between her and the children. Unless there are more serious issues regarding mother's interaction with your children.
