Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My son just had a baby with a 15 yr old girl he is also 15 yrs old the mother of the girl is making the daughter act dumb with my son by throwing him out of the hospital and saying she does not want him there the mother is also saying that she wants to take the baby away from them the mother of this girl is a drunk has been in prison for it was living with her boyfriend while the kids where going from house to house with relatives while the father was in prison the father came out took the kids he meet a women who takes care of the kids and has helped him with everything she also has helped the daughter threw out the whole pregnancy and we our whole family has did everything we could to help this girl with clothes for the baby and other things how do we get him the visitation rights even if he is not 18 and how can we prevent the mother from letting him see the baby

Your son and/or you should immediately file pleadings with the Court to preserve his rights as a father. You also may file for grandparents access in the State of Arizona. Unless and until a court issues orders, the Mother has the unfortunate ability to restrict or deny access.
