Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I was wondering if I was in the middle of processing a divorce and we wanted the process of the divorce to change to a different city, but the change was never made.

He promised that he would stop drinking and that he was going to church, but he never did anything he said. He kept drinking. Almost everyweekend and he would give both of the kids a few drinks of his beer when they wanted some. I have returned back to phoenix and he has one of the kids. Can I get him back? and if the process of the divorce is opened or closed?

I guess I would need to know more. But generally, yes, there are always steps available to seek a modification of the current custody situation.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
