Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

We filed a small claims in Arizona and paid our fees. He filed a counter claim . In doing so the claim got moved to superior court of Arizona. He was to pay $237.00 to the court in filing fees and he failed to do so. What do we need to do now?

Review the Civil Rules of Procedure. You should file a Reply to his Counterclaim within the 20 days following your receipt of his Counterclaim. The Court will address the Defendant's failure to pay.
