Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
My father is a natural born citizen
I am 20 years old, recently married. I came in to the US 4/20/86 on a k-2 visa with my mother and father. My father was born in the US. I have lived here since that date and have even graduated from high school.I am a mother of two, the oldest is 1.5 years old. I would love to continue my studies in Physical Therapy. I even have a scholarship waiting for me. The reason I am asking you these questions is because we filed for an N-600 in November 2004, and was denied. What do I need to do now. I would like to aquired citizenship through my father.

I am not completely clear on the facts of your situation. There are unanswered questions that must be addressed before an analysis of your case can be made. For example, is your "father" your biological father or your father through adoption, step-relationship, etc.? Did you acquire permanent residence (green card) after entering as a K-2 (child of K-1)?
