Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

I submitted a I 751 form because I wanted to remove the conditions of my permanent resident card. I got a receipt that said, is extended for a year? Don't I get it for 10 years??

The receipt notice serves as evidence that you are in valid status and are a permanent resident. Once your I-751 application is adjudicated and approved, you should receive a permanent resident card that is valid for ten years.
