Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
What can I do If My Landlord is harassing me at work and home.
My Land lord calls and even showed up once at my place of work. Which resulted in me getting written up. She also shows up at the place we are renting whenever she likes. She has also entered the premises with out our knowledge (have proof). Also have suspicion she vandalized the carpet,by pouring bleach on it, so we would have to replace it. Case going to civil court. Landlord entered house without our permission with carpet estimator to estimate how much it would cost for new carpet, before bleach incident. please help

I need to see your lease.
Have you notified her in writing to cease and desist from contacting you at work?
DO you owe rent?
Purpose of visit at work or home?
