Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

Tenants that are purposely harrassing property mangement

What protection does a property manager have against tenants making false reports to law enforcement? My wife manages an apartment complex-she has two tenants that were served a 10 day noncompliance for violating complex rules for disruption and outbursts against another tenant. They immediately tried to get a restraining order and an injunction against harrassment against my wife. The judge through out both claims due to she believed their testimony was false and that my wife did not pose any threat. They admitted they did this because they thought they were being evicted. Two days after the hearing they called the police and made a false report stating my wife burglarized their home. The police spoke with my wife and stated they will not forward this to a detective due to they do not believe them and obviously do not have proof. My wife had never entered their apartment without giving more than 48 hour notice to do so. We are working to seek immediate eviction-but there has to be some remedy or protection against someone that is trying to abuse the system to retaliate. What can we do?

3 CHoices:

Quit as MGR & move away.

Evict them immediately(document false reports with affidavits etc.)& sue for breach of lease.

Do nothing and read alot of Ghandi.
