Generally out of state deponents can participate in depositions either by phone or video conferencing. Your attorney should be able to arrange this for you so you may have your deposition taken while you are in Arizona. There should be no need for you to travel to Florida for this. Additionally, if the defendants are going to try and compel you to attend the deposition in person, generally they will have to cover the costs of getting you to the deposition.
