Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Recently my son lost part of a finger and had another finger broken when a bully slammed his fingers in the locker room door. I am now overwhelmed with medical bills and want to know where I can go to get some help with this. The substitute teacher who was in charge of the class that day was in the office talking with the secretary when this happened. Is the school liable or the parents of the young man who did this or both of them.

I would recommend that you file a claim with the school as well as against the boys' parents. The parents are liable for up to $10,000.00 for the acts of their child. You can contact my office for further assistance, and I am so sorry this happened to your son.
