Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Requested copies of correspondances

I requested copies of letters to and from my atty with the court.Atty refused to comply. He showed up in court without me and the case may be in default. He avoided my email communications and calls b4 the missed hearing. Is he negligent in not giving the letters like I requested and also not meeting with me or calling back as requested? thank you,

Re: Requested copies of correspondances

Probably yes. You may want to consult with another attorney and present the entire fact and issue situation, or have that attorney make a call for you. Or, send another written request for a copy of file and status, certified mail. Thanks and good luck. I am sorry you are having this difficulty. It may be a miscommunication, or that the attorney has handled it proerly, just not communicated with you. Good luck.
