my brother died in arizona what do i have to do to take care of his banking and body.

The answer to your question depends on the size of your brother's estate, whether he had a will or trust, and whether he owned any real property worth more than $75,000. If he did not have a trust or a will, and the total value of his estate was not more than $50,000, and he did not own real estate worth more than $75,000, then his assets can be transferred to his legal heirs by affidavit. If he had a trust, the successor trustee can transfer the assets. If he did not have a trust, you or another interested party will have to open probate.
