Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Propery Damage

My neighbors sprinkler system sprays the whole side of my house, and yard. As a result, my wrought iron fence has completely rusted through, and weeds are growing in abundance. I have politely asked them to adjust their sprinklers, and they refuse. I cannot even access my garbage containers on the side of my house without getting sprayed. I contacted the zoning law office and was told there was nothing they could do. What recourse do I have?

Re: Propery Damage

Start with your Homeowners Association. If that doesn't work, then sue them. Contact a lawyer for help.

Re: Propery Damage

Your neighbors are creating a nuisance. Check your CC&Rs. Most homeowner's associations have rules about causing a nuisance. If you do not have a homeowner's association, contact a lawyer. You can sue for damages and ask the court to make your neighbor correct the problem.
