Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Hello, my name is Sean Connolly i own 10 acres in Sunizona, AZ i have a quit- claim deed to it with no legal acess, i am interested in clearing the title and achiveing legal acess to it, can you point me in the right direction to achive these goals?

Hi Sean, you may be able to avoid a lawsuit. Quieting title/obtaining access is quite complicated and ordinarily takes 'intestinal fortitude.' At a minimum you'd want to review the title policy, if you have one, and the survey, if you have one. Most people don't know how to read them.
