Legal Question in Veterans Law in Arizona

Cue

I need your opinion, would Social Security disability award papers submitted by me to be considered as additional evidence. If these papers are missing out of my C- file and were never included or considered as evidence for my claim. Would that be a clear and unmistakable error? They were sent to the Veterans Administration certified mail return receipt requested. This was back in 1989;

Re: Cue

CUE is nearly impossible to prove, but I think it's usually still worth arguing, if it fits the elements of the law. In your case it just depends on what's in your file and what the original decision says. In the case of them just not having the right papers at the right time, that most likely would not fly on its own, but every case is different. Do you have a complete copy of your claims file? You can send me further questions directly at [email protected]. I may be able to help more after the holidays. Thanks for your inquiry.
