Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

beneficiary rightws

My grandmother died three years ago leaving property to her eight grand children (of which I am one). The will named my aunt personal representative and directed that the land be sold. It has not been and is in fact WAY overpriced and she uses it to house her animals. Is she required to inform the grandchildren of what is happening with the estate (we have never received any information other than the will) and is she required to sell or retitle the land? What are my legal options to force sale or action?
