Living trust, transferring home

My parents are preparing a living trust. They own their home outright and want it transferred to their living trust. What do they need to do to accomplish that? They live in Arizona. Would that be a grant deed?

Trustee deed.

Beware. People who use do-it-yourself trusts often err. A couple of words can change the entire plan.
