Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arkansas

i was taken to the local co. jail for a breathalyzer test by a city police officer.i blew 4 or 5 times with absolutely no register on the machine.i informed the officer that i was out of breath and couldn't continue blowing.he then arrested me for violation o the implied consent law.upon speaking to some of the intake officers they told me that problems with the machine was somewhat common,do i possibly have a civil rights violation?

If you can prove about the machine problem then you are not at guilt but blowing the machine is not justified.
