problems with a home that I purchased

July 2000 I bought a home, I have problems with broken kitchen tile and a leaking ceiling. Problem is that the contractor refuses to fix the problems, he did send someone out to fix the ceiling which is still leaking. He once said that there is a defect with the tile and that he was going to sue the tile company. My point to all of this is that he will not except my calls, I have sent him certified letters to one avail. When I called the office last week I was told that if I didn't like it ''SUE ME''. Problem is I can't seem to find anyone in this town that will go after him. Please, help me this guy can't keep doing this to people and getting away with it because everyone is scare of him.
