Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
illigal search of auto.
i was charged with poess. of meth. after police said they found after searching my veh. which they said was abandoned. my car was on personal property, after just leaving my veh. which was parked outside a locked gate, i had been gone fifteen min. as i walked 25 yards to get the key i needed to open the gate so i could go in. in returning i find a police getting into his veh. anyway i was taken in. my car was towed and i was charged with. poss.
