Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Chilld suport

My divorce was granted in Shelby County, Tn. Child Custody was estbalished but child support and insurance was not. I have since relocated to Arkansas. Do I need to petition the court where the divorce was granted through or can I go through Arkansas? And if I can go through Arkansas whom do I need to contact?

You can file to register your decree in Arkansas. I would suggest that since it will make your ex-husband incur the expense of having to fight it here. What county do you live in now?
