Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arkansas
Unisured and Underinsured motorist coverage
My daughter was driving someone elses vehicle with permission and ran off the road turned over and she was
thrown out of car and killed. It was not alcohol related there was nothing in her system, it was a sharp curve no
shoulder and her right front tire slipped of road she overcompensated and and went across the road into a deep ditch and was thrown out. The girls car she was driving, her insurance had lapesed two weeks prior to the accident.
My auto insurance paid for the car. My question is is there
any coverage on my auto policy under the underinsured motorist or the uninsured motorist that would compensate
me and my family.
