Legal Question in Tax Law in Arkansas

I would like to create an irrevocable trust to place funds in for someone else to be the beneficiary when I die. I want this trust to show me as executor to invest these funds any way I see fit until I die. But, also to not show these assets as belonging to me. I also don't want the beneficiary to know about this trust or to have to pay taxes. I will pay the taxes if I can get a tax # not associated with me. Can you tell me how to do this?
